PRECISION LIP LINER

Directions:

• Outline your lips with the lip liner, starting at the outer edges of your upper lip and working to the center. Then do the same thing with your bottom lip; start at the outer edges and work to the center. For a fuller looking lip draw the line just outside of your natural lip line. For extra long coverage fill in the entire lip for a matte base under your lipstick or gloss.
